* Fashion Group International nominates gabriella zanzani finalist for the 8th "rising star" awards for 2005 for accessories, this is gabriella's 3rd consecutive nomination. winners will be announced in january 05.

* gabriella zanzani to open first door in saudi arabia. the collection will be sold exclusively at sak's fifth avenue in dubai, which will open in september 2004. more locations to follow in 2005.
